Cancellation & Refund Policy – Al-Falah English School

At Al-Falah English School, we strive to provide transparent and fair policies regarding fees and online transactions.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Once a fee payment is made through the online portal, it cannot be canceled.

  • Parents are advised to review all payment details carefully before proceeding with the transaction.

Refund Policy:

  • Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • In case of any technical issues (such as double payment or incorrect deduction), parents must contact the school office within 7 working days.

  • If any such case is found valid, the excess amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 10–15 working days.
