These Terms govern the use of e-School ERP services.

1. Service Nature

e-School ERP is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform provided to schools.

2. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information
• Login credentials must be kept confidential
• Misuse, data tampering, or unauthorized access is prohibited

3. Institution Responsibility

• Schools are responsible for student data accuracy
• Schools must obtain parental consent
• Schools manage user permissions internally

4. Intellectual Property

All software, design, content, and branding belong exclusively to e-School ERP.

Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to:

• Maintenance
• Network failures
• Force majeure events

6. Limitation of Liability

e-School ERP shall not be liable for:

• Data entered incorrectly by schools
• Misuse of information by authorized users
• Indirect or consequential losses

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of:

• Policy violation
• Illegal use
• Non-payment (if applicable)

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
